“Lord, Jesus, may I know myself and may I know You.”
St. Augustine

Spiritual Direction:

“help given by one Christian to another which enables that person to pay attention to God’s personal communication to him or her, to respond to this personally communicating God, to grow in intimacy with Him, and to live out he consequences of the relationship.” (Barry and Connelly, The Practice of Spiritual Direction)

The 19th Annotation of the Spiritual Exercises:

“A retreat for everyday life,” The 19th Annotation, written by Saint Ignatius of Loyola, is a gentle and practical adaptation of a full 30 day retreat. Meeting regularly with a spiritual director, the retreatant prays through the material over several months, integrating contemplation into everyday life. It is an inviting path for those who desire deep spiritual transformation but cannot step away from the world—discovering that God meets them right in the midst of it.

Inner Child Coaching:

Inner Child Coaching is a gentle, compassionate process that helps us understand why we sometimes feel stuck in life. Throughout our lives, both significant traumas and the quieter wounds — moments of rejection, criticism, neglect, or feeling unseen — shape how we see ourselves, the world, and God. These experiences often live on within us as younger parts that still carry fear, shame, or unmet needs, quietly influencing our daily reactions, our relationship with ourselves, and our relationship with God. We may struggle with self-doubt, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or difficulty trusting love, often without realizing these patterns began as ways of coping. Inner Child Coaching invites us to meet these parts with kindness rather than judgment, offering the understanding and care that may have been missing. As healing unfolds, we often discover greater freedom, deeper self-compassion, healthier relationships, and a more secure and loving experience of God’s presence in our lives.
